On last Saturday the Murray property at Nicasio was sold at Referee’s Sale by Geo. D. Shearer. Mrs. Joseph Redding was the highest bidder and purchased the ranch for $33,500. She also purchased a two-fifths interest in the personal property for $3000. Mrs. Redding is a sister of Con. Murray. Calvin Dickson and William Roy bid $32,000.
