Dr. Harold FLETCHER, San Francisco specialist, has purchased a 12-acre tract in Del Mesa, extending from Laurel Grove avenue over a slight hill to Wolfe’s Hill, adjoining San Rafael on the south.

The property was formerly owned by Mrs. Washington Dodge. Dr. Fletcher will erect a home on a spot commanding a view and the balance will go to landscaping.
