Valencia Property Sold By Heirs

Supervisor Pedrotti, it is reported, has recently purchased from the heirs of the late Mrs. Catherine Valencia a tract of 105 acres of the Valencia property in Nicasio. Julia R. Valencia has also disposed of a half acre of her property in Novato township to Mrs. Julia White of Ignacio.
