Ben F. Blackmon of Mill Valley, Dead

Benj. F. Blackmon, a retired machinist, passed away at his home in Tamalpais Valley Wednesday at the age of 66. He had been a resident of the Mill Valley district for 17 years. A stepson is Forrest T. C. Gist, Tamalpais Valley, with whom Mr. Blackmon lived. He was a native of Iowa. His wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Blackmon, and two stepdaughters survive, Mrs. J. L. Zec and Mrs. Paul Beck; two stepsons, Roger and Francis Gist. Funeral service will be held Saturday from the Robt. Russell chapel, in Mill Valley.
