W. C. COHEN

No funeral is planned for William C. Cohen, 65, a resident of Tiburon and retired San Francisco businessman.

Cohen, of 1887 Central West, was dead on arrival Saturday at a local hospital after a sudden illness. He was the retired owner of a San Francisco furniture store, a business he headed for 15 years.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Cohen.

Burial will be private.
