JAMAR COOK

Funeral for Jamar Cook of Marin City will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Russell and Gooch Mortuary.

Cook died Sunday at a local hospital. He was 21 months old and was ill from birth.

He is survived by his parents, Kathy White and Harold Cook of Marin City; two sisters, Alecia and Leaha Cook, both of Marin City; his grandparents, Loraine Moore of Marin City and Melvin White of Los Angeles, and Jeff and Pearl Cook of Santa Rosa; two great-grandparents, Ada Brown and Percy Durbin, both of Marin City.

Burial is to be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
