Mathilde Coorssen
Funeral for Mathilde Coorssen of San Mateo, mother of Oscar Coorssen of Mill Valley, will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Chapel of the Highlands, Millbrae.
Mrs. Coorssen, widow of Henry Coorssen, died Tuesday in a Redwood City hospital after an illness. She was 87.
Born in San Francisco, Mrs. Coorssen lived in San Mateo for eight years. She at one time worked as a packer in a bay area bakery.
Survivors, besides the son in Mill Valley, are a daughter, Bertha Taylor of San Mateo; three sisters, Anne Clarke, Fred Klemme and Dora Goodridge; two brothers, Charles and Emil Klemme; four grandchildren and13 great-grandchildren.
Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family prefers contributions to the San Mateo Heart Association.
