Caroline Gallagher
Caroline Anna Gallagher, an 11-year Petaluma resident, died Monday at a local convalescent hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 92.
A native of Melrose, Minn., Mrs. Gallagher moved to California in 1930 and spent most of her life in Santa Rosa. She and her late husband, Michael L. Gallagher, had operated a grocery store.
Mrs. Gallagher was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Santa Rosa. She had moved in Petaluma in 1969.
A son, Jack Gallagher, also preceded her in death.
She is survived by two grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. James Catholic Church, Petaluma. Recitation of the rosary will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Parent Funeral Chapel.
Burial will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Santa Rosa.
