Mrs. Lillian Gilliland

Funeral services will be held at 1:30p.m. tomorrow for Mrs. Lillian E. Gilliland, 55, of 107 West End Avenue, San Rafael, who died at a local hospital this morning following a month-long illness.

Funeral will be held from the chapel of Poyner and Dusel, San Francisco, with inurnment at Woodlawn.

Mrs. Gilliland was a resident of San Rafael for the past 42 years. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary Hornell, with whom whe made her home; a son, Lloyd D. Gilliland of San Jose, and a brother, Jack H. Hornell of San Francisco.

The Hornell family came to San Rafael 42 years ago from Quebec. The late Mr. Hornell was a gardner for Robert Dollar for many years.
