Carolyn M. Lewis

A memorial service for Carolyn M. Lewis, 82, of Woodacre, will be held Wednesday in Clearwater, Fla. Mrs. Lewis died Saturday at Ross General Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Kentucky, she lived most of her life in Clearwater until coming to Marin almost a year ago.

Mrs. Lewis was a retired teacher of disabled children.

She was a member of the West Marin Senior Services.

She is survived by a daughter, Angie Lewis of Woodacre, and a sister, Polly Hall of Old Town, Fla. She was the widow of Carel J. Lewis, a photographer who died in 1970.

Her family asked that memorial gifts go to the West Marin Senior Services, Box 791, Point Reyes Station 94956.
