Sally Madsen

Sally Madsen, 52, of 30 Sea Way, San Rafael, died Monday night at Marin General Hospital.

The Marin County Coroner's Office reported she apparently had a seizure at home and her husband, Helmer Madsen, was unable to revive her. The funeral will be private, according to Keaton's Mortuary.
