HAROLD SELLERS
Funeral for Harold G. Sellers, 64, of 616 Vendola Drive, Santa Venetia, retired civil service employee and Masonic leader, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo, under the auspices of Marin Lodge, 191 Free and Accepted Masons.
He died Saturday at his home after a brief illness.
Sellers, a civil service employee, retired in 1963 after serving 30 years at Hamilton Air Force Base. He arrived to work as a warehouseman, later became foreman of the commissary section, and before retiring was in charge of the receiving section of the commissary.
A native of LeHarpe, Ill., Sellers had been a resident of California and Marin for 34 years.
He was a member of Marin Lodge 191, Free and Accepted Masons; past high priest of Marin Chapter 102, Royal Arch Masons; a member of California Council 2, Royal and Select Masters; Mount Olivet Commandery 20, Knights Templar; Islam Temple of the Shrine, and Marin High Twelve Club; a past patron of San Rafael Chapter 215, Order of Eastern Star; past president of keystone York Rite Association, and past president of Marin Shrine Club.
Surviving are his wife, Evelyn; a son, Robert G. Sellers, and a daughter, Mrs. Margaret E. Miller, both of San Rafael; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Sparrow of Illinois, and a granddaughter.
Burial will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
