MRS. GALLIEN

Funeral for Mrs. Beatrice I. Gallien of San Rafael was held today ___(illegible)___ Chapel of the Hills. Interment will be at Portland, Ore.

Mrs. Gallien, 70, died Saturday at a local hospital.

A native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, she lived most of her life in Portland, Ore. For the past tqo years, she lived at 44 Loma Linda Road.

She was a past worthy matron of Eastern Star Lodge, Portland.

She is survived by a daughter, Mts. Jean Gallien Ostlind of San Rafael; three sisters, Mrs. John Silvia and Mrs. Charles Larson, both of Santa Rosa, and Mrs. Wes Haines, of Idaho, and two grandchildren.
