Mrs. Elsie Spahr Of Hub City Dies

Mrs. Elsie Florence Spahr of San Anselmo, onetime millinery designer and shop owner in her native Philadelphia, died in a local hospital yesterday after an illness of several months. She was 69.

A Marin County resident since 1951, she lived at 412 Redhill avenue with her husband, Gibson, who survives.

Also survivng are her mother, Mrs. Matilda LeMon of the Redhill avenue address; a daughter, Jacquelin of San Anselmo, and two grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo.
