Mary Armanino
Mary Armanino, 96, of Inverness, a housewife, died Wednesday at a local convalescent hospital after a long illness.
She had been a resident of West Marin since 1928.
Mrs. Armanino was a native of Italy and moved to the United States as a child.
Surviving are a daughter, Lenore Velloza of Inverness; two sons, Albert Armanino of Point Reyes Station and Silvio Armanino of Ukiah; a sister, Jennie Bonora of Oakland; and two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, Point Reyes Station. Burial will be at Olema Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday at Keaton's Mortuary, San Rafael. The family prefers that memorial contributions be made to the Olema Church building fund.
