RAYMOND J. CIRBY

A funeral for Raymond J. Cirby, a lifelong San Rafael resident, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Chapel of the Hills in San Anselmo.

Mr. Cirby died unexpectedly Sunday at his home. He was 54.

Mr. Cirby was a graduate of San Rafael High School and worked in communications for Pacific Telephone Co. He had been semi-retired in recent years.

He was also an Army veteran.

He is survived by his mother, Esther Cirby of San Rafael; and a brother, Bill Cirby of Fairfax.

Private burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery in San Rafael. The family prefers that contributions be made to a favorite charity.
