MRS CHERRIGAN
Phyllis E. Cherrigan of 33 Broadmoor Avenue, San Anselmo, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was 54.
A native of Brookline, Mass., she had lived in Marin County for the last 30 years. Her husband Robert, a marine consultant and master rigger at the San Francisco Naval Shipyard, died in 1971.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter No. 215.
Mrs. Cherrigan is survived by three daughters, Lora Lee Ribeiro of Larkspur, Roberta D. Dexter of Occidental and Cynthia Cherrigan of San Anselmo and by two grandsons.
Funeral will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, San Anselmo. Burial will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
