MISS CORA VERDENAL CLAIMED BY DEATH

Death claimed Miss Cora Verdenal at her home last Saturday after a short illness. For a number of years, she had been identified with the San Rafael School Department as a teacher.

She was a sister of Mrs. Thomas P. Boyd, and the daughter of Mrs. Jane E. and the late John M. Verdenal.

The funeral was held Monday, with services at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The interment was private, under the direction of Dr. F. E. Sawyer.
