KATHLEEN HAZELTON
Retired nurse

No services will be held for Kathleen Mary Hazelton, a San Rafael resident the past four years. She died Jan. 1 at Kaiser hospital in San Rafael. She was 63.

She was born in Bangel, Maine, and was a retired nurse.

She is survived by three daughters, Susan of Augusta, Maine, Patty of Redding and Debbie of Salem, Mass.; and a son, Michael Twombly of Andover, Mass.
