LEE W. WRIGHT

Funeral for Lee William Wright, 74, of Petaluma, was held today in Petaluma. Burial was at Cypress Hill Memorial Park.

Wright died Friday at his home after a long illness. A native of Lake County, he was reared and educated in Santa Rosa.

During World War II, Wright worked at the Mare Island naval shipyards and later moved to Cotati whre he worked for the Sonoma County sanitation department.

Fifteen years ago he moved to Novato where he was employed by Ghilotti Brothers Construction for five years. Wright had moved to 524 East D Street, Petaluma, a year ago.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred; four daughters, Nancy Valim of Novato, Gertrude Licke of San Rafael, Betty Cable of West Virginia and Patsy Clark of Arizona; three sons, James R. Wright of Tiburon, Thomas K. Wright of San Rafael and William F. Wright of Forest Knolls; a brother, Edwin Wright of Santa Rosa; two sisters, Lois Catenda and Martha Mohr of Santa Rosa; and 23 grandchildren.
