IRA FULLER
Funeral was held this afternoon for retired Army S/Sgt. Ira Lincoln Fuller of 405 Rowland Boulevard, Novato.
Fuller, an electrician, died Saturday of asphyxiation in the garage of his home where he apparently left his car motor running in the closed garage, the coroner’s office has reported.
Fuller, 62, had been despondent over family problems, Deputy Coroner Richard W. Madigan said.
He was born in Wallinford, Vt. And entered the army in 1927. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the South Pacific and Panama, and retired in 1948 after 21 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Billie Fuller of Novato.
