Mrs. M. A. Sherman, Bride of a Year, Taken By Death

Following an operation for appendicitis, Mrs. K. Mary Sherman, wife of Marsden A. Sherman, of Ross, died Saturday at the Stanford Lane Hospital in San Francisco.

Mrs. Sherman, who before her marriage last July 5th, was K. Mary Johnston, was 22 years old and was a graduate of College of the Pacific. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Johnston of Pasadena. Mrs. Johnston is now a guest at the Sherman home in Ross.

Funeral services were held Monday morning in San Francisco and interment took place in the family plot in San Lorenzo.
