HALL – In Sacramento April 1, 1977, James D. Hall, devoted husband of Betty Hall of Sacramento, a native of New Jersey, aged 69 years. A consultant for 25 years for the California Department of Education.

Private family services were held under the direction of Russell and Gooch funeral Chapel, 270 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley.
