FLORENCE DE BERNARDI

The funeral for Florence De Bernardi, a former Mill Valley resident, will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the California Funeral Service mortuary on Valencia Street, San Francisco.

Mrs. De Bernardi died Sunday at her daughter’s home in Reno, Nev., after a long illness. She was 80.

Before moving to Reno, she had lived in Mill Valley and San Francisco.

She is survived by three daughters, Lillian Cameron of Reno, Irma Mires of Lakewood, Los Angeles County, and Catherine Howard of San Francisco; three brothers, Fred, William and Leslie Wider, all of the Bay Area; a sister, Olive Bonfilio of San Francisco; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The Eastern Star Chapter 183 will conduct a visitation today and Thursday at the mortuary.

Burial will be at the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno.
