W. A. MAAS

Private funeral for William Arthur Maas of Novato, was held today at Redwood Chapel Funeral Home in Novato.

Maas, 47, of 653 Canyon Road, Novato, died Sunday at his home.

He was born in Mound, Minn. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the Marine Corps from 1941 to 1945. He was a salesman until illness forced his retirement.

He is survived by a son, Mark H. Maas of Larkspur, a daughter, Melinda Maas of San Anselmo, and his father, John Maas of Mound.

Inurnment was at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Ore.
