MILTON FLEISCHMAN
Retired tax lawyer
Services are tomorrow for Milton Fleischman of San Rafael. He died yesterday in San Rafael of a stroke. He was 84.
The New Jersey native was raised in Newark and attended Dartmouth College, and t hen Columbia Law School.
He was an estate tax attorney for the Internal Revenue Service in San Francisco.
He served as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II at Hamilton Field.
He is survived by his two sons, Justin Fleischman of San Rafael and Gary Fleischman of Mill Valley; a daughter, Claire Noll of Juneau, Alaska; a step-daughter, Dale Patnoe of Walnut; his sister, Hazel Urdang of Cranbury, N.J.; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
Services start at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at Congregation Rodef Shalom in San Rafael on San Pedro Road. He will be buried in Santa Rosa Memorial Park Sunday at 2 p.m.
