Julius Fishman

Passed away at age 93, on February 1, 2002. Loving husband of Rose for 68 years. Wonderful father of William (and Roberta) Fishman, Elaine (and Robert) Ockner, Natalie (and Peter) Lenn. Adoring grandfather of Nancy (and Paul) Gibbs, David (and Debra Ellenoff) Lang, Sheri (and Tom) Levin, Michael (and Jean) Fishman, Richard (and Nina) Fishman, Julie (and Michael) Bunzel, Joanna Lenn and Joshua Lenn, and 12 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Fishman began practicing law at the age of 21 in Chicago, Illinois with his late brothers, Samuel and Jacob Fishman. He became one of Chicago's most successful attorneys. He was active in Jewish life and legal activities. After retiring to Marin County in 1973, he became a volunteer at Legal Aid. He always wanted to help those in need. He was the most loving and caring man that ever walked this earth.

Memorial Services will be held at Congregation Rodef Sholom, 170 North San Pedro Road, San Rafael on Monday, February 4th, 2002 at 1:30 PM.
