HERBERT GRAY
Herbert G. Gray, 88, of 5 Coleman Drive, San Rafael, a retired machinist, died Thursday in a local hospital after long illness.
He was a native of San Francisco and retired from the American Can Co. in that city.
Gray never married. He leaves a nephew, Harvey G. Murch of San Rafael; a niece, Mrs. Katherine E. Whitton of Corte Madera, and six other nieces and nephews.
He was a member of Burlingame Lodge No. 400, F. & A.M., and a life member of California Bodies of the Scottish Rite of San Francisco.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo, under auspices of Fairfax Lodge No. 556, F. and A.M. Interment will be private.
