Olmstead Dead At 76 In Petaluma

PETALUMA - John A. Olmstead, 76, for 45 years publisher of the Petaluma Argus-Courier, died today after a short illness.

He had been with the newspaper for 50 years, joining it as a foreman following his graduation from the University of California in 1903.

He is survived by his widow, three sons, three daughters and four grandchildren.
