Herbert F. Harrold Services Set Monday

Funeral services for Herbert F. Harrold of Mill Valley, 77-year-old retired civil engineer who died yesterday, will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. James Episcopal Church in Oakland. Cremation will be at the Chapel of the Chimes, Oakland.
