Jeannette Rossi
Novato resident

Jeannette Rossi worked with patients in a Napa County mental institution and she worked at the Veterans Home of California in Yountville.

Mrs. Rossi, 97, of Novato, died Dec. 14.

She was born in Tustin and lived in Rutherford and Napa before moving to Marin.

She is survived by two sons, Clyde Rossi of Novato and Port Shafer of San Jose (sic); five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Golden Gate Cemetery in San Bruno.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
