Mrs. Rossi Succumbs At Age 62

Edna Maree Rossi, a resident of San Rafael for more than 60 years, died yesterday at a local hospital after a short illness. She was 62.

A native of Petaluma, Mrs. Rossi came to San Rafael as a baby and lived there all her life.

She taught for more than 25 years in Sonoma and San Rafael schools, retiring seven years ago.

Mrs. Rossi was also active in church work at St. Raphael’s Church.

She was married to Charles Rossi from 1949 until his death in 1960.

She is survived by her brother, Harold Solari of San Rafael.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Church.

Rosary will be recited tomorrow at 8 p.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary.

Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
