William Higgins
Passed away on September 1, 2002 at the age of 79. He was a longtime resident of San Anselmo. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley and the University of San Francisco, School of Law, he was an Attorney-At-Law in San Francisco for over 50 years. Since 1982, he practiced at the law offices of Higgins & Higgins along with his daughter, Valerie J. Higgins. His wife, Janet, his children, Valerie, William, and Robert, daughters-in-law Elizabeth and Monica, & his two grandchildren, Samantha and Stephanie, survive him. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., September 6, 2002, Mount Tamalpais Mortuary, 2500 5th Avenue, San Rafael, CA 94901.
