Minnie Johnston Dies In Hub City

Minnie Johnston of San Anselmo, 82-year-old native of England and a Marin County resident for 11 years, died yesterday after a long illness.

Death came at the home of her son, Milburn, at 1514 Sir Francis Drake boulevard where she lived with her husband, John, a retired grocery salesman.

Mrs. Johnston, who came to the United States when she was a child, was a resident of Michigan before moving to Marin in 1947.

Besides her husband, she is survived by another son, Ernest of Fairfax, and two grandchildren.

Family services were held today at t he Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo. Entombment was at Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
