Donald R. Walden

Passed away suddenly on February 1, 2002. Don was born on December 13, 1953 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A resident of Olema, he worked for the National Park Service at Pt. Reyes National Seashore in Marin County. Don graduated from Skyline High School in Oakland and Humbolt State University in Arcata, California.

Devoted and loving father to Cicely, beloved son of Beatrice and George, beloved brother of Linda and Bill Scharninghausen and Karen and Frank Taylor. Don leaves behind two nieces and two nephews and many loving friends.

A Memorial Service and Gathering will be held on February 9, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Pt. Reyes Visitors Center. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to: Erasto Ammi Scholarship Fund, c/o Arnie Kovin, 1616 Parkway Drive, Rohnert Park, CA 94928.
