EVA WASIK

Eva Wasik, 65, died yesterday at a local hospital after collapsing at her home at 308 Liberty Street, Petaluma.

A native of Austria, Mrs. Wasik came to the United States as a child and lived in Pennsylvania and West Virginia before moving to Petaluma three years ago.

She is survived by her husband, Harry Wasik; a son, John Wasik of Weirton, W. Va.; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Rollage of Petaluma, and two grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Parent Funeral Chapel, Petaluma.
