ROBERT TETU

Funeral for Col. Robert G. Tetu, former Bel Marin Keys resident, was held today at San Diego Naval Chapel.

Tetu died Sunday in a San Diego hospital after a long illness. He was 57.

A native of Rhode Island, he was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He retired from the Army in 1968.

Tetu moved to San Diego last month after living in Bel Marin Keys for two years.

He is also survived by his wife, Edith, of San Diego; three sons, Capt. Robert G. Jr. and Lt. William Joseph, both of the Army, and Richard P. at West Point: two daughters, Mrs. James Butcher and Joan Mary Tetu, and three grandchildren.

Burial will be at Wilumet National in Portland, Ore., with full military honors.

The family prefers donations to the American Cancer Society.
