Charles Watson "Chuck" Mathis
Of Sonoma, passed away July 23rd, 2002 at age 79. Beloved husband to Audrey Borland Mathis for 56 years, and also survived by daughters LoMae Mathis-McKean (Scott) of Lynnwood, Washington and Melodie Mathis Johnson (Randy) of Colusa, California. Also survived by grandchildren: Joseph McKean and Mason McKean of Lynnwood, Washington, and Jonelle Johnson and Casey Johnson of Colusa, CA. Chuck was employed by Pacific Gas & Electric in San Rafael for 36 years and a Supervisor of Customer Service. He was a past member of the Marin Rod and Gun Club, PSEA, Marin Square Dance Association, and Reddy Rovers RV Group. A Memorial Service will be held August 10th from 1-3 p.m. at Vintage House, 264 1st Street East, Sonoma, California. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Guide Dogs for the Blind, Shriner's Hospital, or a charity of your choice.
