KENNETH E. DONAHOO
Private services have been conducted for Kenneth Eugene Donahoo, a former Marin resident who died Tuesday, June 16, 1987, at Rideout Hospital in Marysville.
Mr. Donahoo was 82. He had been hospitalized for more than a month.
He was a native of Reedley, Fresno County, and worked as a logger for many years before entering the construction business. He operated Donahoo Construction in Marin for about 10 years in the 1950s and 1960s.
Mr. Donahoo enjoyed playing cards, according to a daughter, Jean Nunes of Novato. She also described her father as “someone who was always there when you needed him.”
In addition to his daughter, Mr. Donahoo is survived by his wife, Lena Donahoo of Marysville; another daughter, Joann Wence of Salinas; two sons, Keith Donahoo of Petaluma and Frank Donahoo, of Sacramento; 10 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
