Robert A. Moody
Born December 18, 1914 in Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2002 at the age of 87. Robert was a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Robert worked for 39 years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Disease Eradication and Meat Inspection. Robert retired as Area Supervisor in Salem, Oregon. Robert was in WWII, four years in the South West Pacific Area, U.S. Army Vet. Corps. He was a member of St. Vincent Parish and 50+Club, also a member of SIRS, and Retired Officers and Federal Veterinarians. Mr. Moody is survived by Ruth Ritter Moody, his wife; Wayne R. Moody, son, Long Beach, CA; Terry W. Moody, son, Germantown, MD; Shirley M. Mills, daughter, Great Falls, MT; Sally K. Scholderer, daughter, Dunedin, Florida; Barbara A. Miller, daughter, Longmont, Colorado; and Helen Sandusky, sister, Columbus, Ohio. Friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, December 4th from 7 to 9 p.m. at Keaton Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 5th at 11 AM in St. Isabella Church, San Rafael. Interment to follow in Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
