David E. Piles Succumbs In S.F.

David E. Piles, owner of a home on Novato’s Ridge road, died last night in Southern pacific Hospital in San Francisco. He was about 40.

Piles was hospitalized three weeks ago after a cerebral hemorrhage. He is survived by his wife, Beth, and a daughter, Deborah, less than a year old.

A Southern Pacific mechanic, he has lived in San Francisco one year. He formerly lived in Novato, where he still owns a home on Ridge road.

Funeral arrangements are not yet known.
