Lois Scheemeacker
Lois Marie Scheemeacker, a 12-year resident of San Rafael, died yesterday at her sister’s San Rafael home after an illness of three years. She was 46.
Miss Scheemeacker was born in San Mateo. She held a degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
She worked for 13 years as an office manager on Edelstein, Campbell and Co., San Francisco stockbrokers, until illness forced her to retire in February.
She is survived by her mother, Helen N. Scheemeacker, and a sister, Delora Tripathi, who live together in San Rafael.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Mission San Rafael. Recitation of the Rosary will be tomorrow at 8 p.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Interment will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
