Ann Ward Brown,
A Resident of Sausalito

Passed away on January 16, 2002. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 18,1927. Beloved Mother of Paula Brown Caplice of Sausalito and Michele Brown Steiner of Santa Rosa. Grandmother ("PAL") to Mike, Nanette, Alex, Philip, Veronica, Stephan and Friedy. Great Grandmother to Aidan Jack. Most loved Sister of Catherine Ahern, Helen Cosgrove and the predeceased Frances Handley and John Ward. She was best friend and confidant to many nieces and nephews.

Ann was an active member of the Marin County community. She spent many hours volunteering at her beloved Salvage Shop of Sausalito, The Visitor's Center and The Star of the Sea Food Pantry. Ann's encouragement and smile will be missed by all, however her legacy will live on.

A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, February 16th, 11:00 a.m. at Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 180 Harrison Avenue, Sausalito. Memorial contributions may be made in Ann's name to the Sausalito Salvage Shop, 19 Princess Street, Sausalito, CA 94965--Attn: Nursing Scholarship Fund.
