Patsy Bunds
Passed away December 23, 2001 in Novato at the age of 72. Born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Patsy has been a Marin County resident since 1947, previously living in San Francisco and Oklahoma. She attended Polytechnic High School in San Francisco, worked for San Rafael Glass Co. and Dumont Corp. as a bookkeeper where she met he husband Clifford, to whom she would have been married to for 45 years in February 2002. She was also a homemaker and mother for 45 years. Patsy was a longtime member of Children's Home Society, Jolly Rodgers Chapter and Hospice Society. She enjoyed her home, friends, family and gardening. Her love of life and other people were an inspiration for all of us as she fought a tough battle against Lupus for 23 years. She will be dearly missed by her husband, Clifford C. Bunds, Jr.; her daughters, Pam Harman (Santa Rosa) and Julie Pimentel (Lakeport); sons-in-law, John Harman and Dennis Pimentel; brother, Jack Brittain (San Francisco); sisters, Bettye Berison and Billie Johnson (Wichita, KS) and Jean Coddington (Walnut Creek); step-grandchildren, Jason Pimentel, Bob and Tom Harman. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 29, 2001 at 11 a.m. at Valley Memorial Park, 650 Bugeia Ln. Novato, California. Memorial Contributions are preferred to Alliance for Lupus Research, 1270 Ave. Of The Americas, Suite 609, New York, NY 10020. Keaton's Redwood Chapel (415) 897-1151.
