Estelle Little

Estelle L. Little, a Marin resident for 38 years, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was 83.

Mrs. Little was born in San Francisco. She lived in Kentfield as a child but later returned to San Francisco and married.

In 1938 she and her husband, Sherman C. Little Sr., moved to 81 Point San Pedro Road, San Rafael, where they had lived since.

Mrs. Little was a homemaker.

Her husband died in 1974 after 61 years of marriage. She is survived by a son, Sherman C. Little Jr. of Kentfield; a daughter, Lorraine Neff of La Crescenta, Los Angeles County; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Anselm’s Church, San Anselmo. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. Rosary will be recited tomorrow at 8 p.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael.
