EVELYN FILIPPINI

Evelyn F. Filippini, 61, retired secretary for the Sonoma-Marin Dairymen’s Association, died yesterday at Hillcrest Hospital, Petaluma, after being hospitalized for one day.

Mill Filippini of Point Reyes Station retired about six years ago because of her health.

A native of Sonoma County, she had been a resident of Point Reyes Station and secretary for the association for more than 30 years.

Surviving are three brothers, James, Henry and Robert Filippini, and a sister, Mrs. Joseph Eckmann, all of Petaluma.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent’s Church, Petaluma. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Petaluma.

Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tomorrow at Sorensen Funeral Home, Petaluma.
