MRS. CHRISTENSEN
Mrs. Mary Aileen Christensen, 61, a member of a pioneer San Rafael family, died Saturday at a local hospital.
She was the wife of Christian J. Christensen, a retired lumber mill owner, and daughter of the late John Redmond, early San Rafael blacksmith.
Mrs. Christensen was a member of Lagan Institute, Young Ladies Institute; San Rafael Circle, Ancient Order of Druids; and Genessee Council of Pocahontas.
She also leaves a daughter, Mrs. Jeanette A. Bruffy and two grandchildren.
Requiem High Mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. in St. Raphael’s Church. The funeral will be conducted at 9:15 a.m. from the Frank J. Keaton Mortuary.
Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o’clock in the mortuary.
