Well Known San Rafael Resident Dies On Sunday
Funeral services were held at St. Raphael’s Church on New Year’s Day for John Shannon, 68, old time resident of San Rafael who died at his home from a heart attack Sunday.
Shannon had lived in San Rafael twenty-three years and had apparently enjoyed fine health up to the time of his death.
He is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Charles Cramer, Mrs. George Walcott and Miss Nellie Shannon; also a brother, William Shannon of San Francisco.
