WILHELM - Alice Bianchini, 75 a Marin County native, died June 8, after a long illness. Alice was raised in San Anselmo. She lived in Bolinas for a number of years where her father, Ismaele "Smiley" Bianchini, owned and operated Smiley's Bar & Bait Shop. Alice then moved to San Francisco's North Beach, where she became known for her outgoing personality. She worked in various convalescent homes in her younger years. During her later years, Alice traveled to Lucca, Italy, to visit relatives. On one trip, she had the experience of taking a Russian freighter to Germany before traveling to Italy.
Alice is survived by her children, Terry Camiccia and Ronald Wilhelm, both of Bolinas, and son-in-law Ralph Camiccia; grandchildren, Rachelle Paganini of Bolinas, Kylee Paganini of Mill Valley and Evan Alison Wilhelm of Bolinas; sister Dorothy Lucas of San Anselmo; stepbrother Robert Hansen of Stockton; nieces Sandie, Dina and Cara Piro of Petaluma: cousins Davadina Greece and Gisella Schonauer of San Anselmo.
A graveside service will be held at the Bolinas Cemetery.
