Daughter Follows Father to Grave
Within three short weeks death has twice invaded the Ross home at No. 12 Fifth avenue. Miss Alice Ross was the second in the family to be called following her father who passed a way a short time ago.
She died early this morning at Ritter’s Sanatarium in Ross, following an operation for an affection (sic) of the lungs. At the time of her father’s death, although ill at the time, she insisted upon taking charge of the funeral arrangements. After the ceremony she was stricken seriously, and was removed for treatment at the hospital.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning, under the direction of the Eden Undertaking Company of C street, with services at St. Raphael’s church and burial in Mt. Olivet cemetery. The deceased is survived by her mother, Mrs. Alice Ross, brothers, and Mrs. T. C. West, a sister.
